General Terms of Service

Welcome to Quikk. These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Quikk Inc. ("Quikk", "we", "us", or "our"), a Rare Inc. Company.

By using our Services in Juba, South Sudan, or any other market, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Services.

1. About the Services

Quikk provides a connected digital technology platform that matches customers seeking transport, food delivery, logistics, or operational services with independent third-party partners (such as drivers, delivery riders, and restaurants) who are registered on our Business platform.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT QUIKK DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, FOOD PREPARATION, OR LOGISTICS SERVICES. ALL SUCH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY QUIKK OR RARE INC.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

To use most features of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active user account. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account. Account registration requires you to submit certain personal details, such as name, phone number, and preferred payment option.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account details.
You are liable for all bookings and activity conducted through your account.

3. Payment & Fare Rates

Use of the Services may result in charges for the transport, food, or packages you receive from third-party providers. Quikk will facilitate payment of the applicable charges (including taxes and delivery fees) on behalf of the third-party provider using cash, mobile wallets, or credit/debit options where supported.

All charges are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Quikk's Refund Policy. Fare rates, menu prices, and delivery fees are subject to change dynamically based on demand, distance, and operating conditions.

4. User Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not cause nuisance, harassment, property damage, or physical harm to any third-party providers or Quikk staff. Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate account termination.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." QUIKK AND RARE INC. DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY OUTLINED IN THESE TERMS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, SAFETY, TIMELINESS, OR QUALITY OF SERVICES RENDERED BY Independent Partners.
