Business Partner Terms

These Business Partner Terms ("Partner Terms") govern the registration and onboarding of independent drivers, delivery riders, restaurants, and retail merchants (collectively, "Partners") who utilize QuikkBusiness to offer services on the Quikk Platform.

1. Verification & Document Verification

All prospective Partners must complete registration and undergo verification workflows. Drivers must submit valid licenses, vehicle records, and undergo background checks. Restaurant owners must submit commercial licenses, hygiene records, and complete storefront audits.

Quikk reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any partner applications, or suspend active profiles to maintain quality and safety controls.

2. Operational Guidelines & Delivery Radius

Restaurant Partners are responsible for updating menu pricing, setting preparation times, managing open/closed statuses, and adjusting active delivery radiuses on the QuikkBusiness portal. Drivers and riders must accept dispatches corresponding to their registered vehicle types.

3. Commissions & Platform Fees

Quikk charges platform commissions or delivery fees on completed trips and menu sales, which are deducted from payouts. Agreement on commission percentages is finalized during onboarding.
