We process your data to deliver the core services of the Quikk ecosystem, including:

Matching passengers with drivers and couriers based on vehicle types and location.
Displaying active and approved restaurants inside the QuikkEats marketplace.
Calculating upfront fare rates and estimating food preparation and delivery times.
Facilitating payouts, dispute resolution, refunds, and support reporting.
Improving trust and security via background checks and verification on Quikk Business.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Your details are shared only to facilitate core services:

Between Passengers and Drivers: We share first names and pickup/drop-off coordinates to enable trip dispatches.
Between Restaurants and Couriers: Order details are shared to coordinate kitchen pick-ups.
For Legal Reasons: We may share data with authorities in South Sudan if required by law or to ensure the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your profile data as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and personal details at any time by visiting our Delete Account page.
