This Privacy Policy explains in plain language what information we collect to complete your rides and orders, how we protect it, and how you stay in full control of your data.
1. Introduction & Data Controller Identity
Welcome to QuikkBusiness (quikkbusiness.com), an international digital platform operated by Rare Inc. ("Quikk", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, retain, and safeguard personal data across the QuikkBusiness web portal, the native Quikk mobile applications (iOS & Android), and connected APIs across all operating markets.
2. Merchant KYB, Storefront & Settlement Data We Collect
- Know-Your-Business (KYB) & Partner Verification Records: Registered business name, municipal or national operating license, owner/director government ID or Passport, pharmacy or food hygiene permits, physical storefront coordinates, and 4-angle vehicle/storefront verification photos used across Stage 1 Onboarding Approval and Stage 2 Verified Partner (Blue Tick) review.
- Biometric Non-Extraction Disclosure (Apple Guideline 2.5.13): Live onboarding selfies captured by drivers, couriers, or merchants are inspected solely by human compliance officers to prevent impersonation—Quikk never extracts facial geometry or biometric templates.
- Catalog, Order & Operational Telemetry: Product menus, 18+ age-restriction flags, local-currency item pricing, preparation timer performance, unanswered call auto-busy logs, and stock availability synced via the QuikkBusiness app and
quikk-console. - Financial & Payout Information: Corporate bank account details, QuikkPay Business Wallet, supported local mobile money merchant accounts, cash-on-delivery commission ledgers, and settlement statements.
- Customer Data Minimization: Merchants receive only the customer first name, order ID, itemized ticket, and fulfilment notes required to prepare an order. Customer phone numbers and personal data may never be used for off-platform marketing.
3. Legal Basis, Data Sharing & Zero Data Sale Commitment
We process your data strictly to perform our contract with you (fulfilling rides, deliveries, or merchant payouts), ensure physical safety, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable telecommunications and tax regulations in your operating jurisdiction. Rare Inc. does not sell personal data or location history to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
4. Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights (Access, Portability & Erasure)
Active account profiles are retained while your Quikk ID remains active. Financial and tax settlement records are retained for the statutory audit period required by law. You may request a portable copy of your data or permanent account deletion at any time via our Account & Data Deletion Portal or by emailing Support@rareincorporated.com.
