Safety Policy & Commitment

At Quikk, safety is our primary commitment. We build digital tools, enforce background verification checks, and partner with local authorities to support safe everyday mobility across Juba, South Sudan.

1. Driver Verification & Screening

Every driver and delivery rider onboarded onto QuikkBusiness undergoes screening before active status is granted. This includes license verification, national identity validation, vehicle safety audits, and criminal background checks.

2. Real-Time Telemetry & Tracking

All active trips booked through QuikkRide are tracked via GPS telemetry. Passengers can share their real-time travel status with family or friends directly from the app. A 24/7 Support Hotline is available to report anomalies or emergency situations.

3. Boda Ride Safety

Independent Boda drivers are required to supply a clean safety helmet for passengers. Passengers must wear the helmet for the duration of the boda trip. Failure to comply with safety requirements can result in trip cancellations and profile blocks.
