Quikk was created by Rare Inc. to make everyday journeys and deliveries easier and more affordable, while helping local businesses reach more customers and grow. Our Community Guidelines set out simple, friendly expectations for mutual respect, safety, and fairness across riders, diners, drivers, couriers, and merchants.
1. Our Three Pillars: Respect, Safety & Lawfulness
Every interaction on QuikkBusiness—whether booking a ride, ordering a meal, or operating a digital storefront—is governed by mutual respect, physical safety, and adherence to local law in your operating city.
2. Merchant Integrity, Quality Standards & Fair Commerce
- Prohibited, In-Store-Only & 18+ Regulated Goods: Merchants may never list counterfeit items, unlicensed prescription narcotics, illicit substances, expired food products, or in-store consumption items (such as shisha/hookah) for delivery on the Quikk ecosystem. Any permitted age-restricted (18+) product must be explicitly tagged in the catalog so mandatory government photo ID verification is enforced at handover.
- Respectful Courier Handoffs: Provide a designated pickup counter for QuikkEats couriers and avoid excessive unpaid courier wait times by setting realistic kitchen preparation timers.
- Honest Ratings & Reviews: Manipulating store ratings, submitting fake orders, or incentivizing fraudulent reviews violates QuikkBusiness Marketplace Standards.
3. Enforcement & Appeals
Reported violations of these Community Guidelines are reviewed by our 24/7 Trust & Safety team. Confirmed safety or fraud violations result in immediate account deactivation. Partners and customers may appeal an account restriction through the QuikkBusiness Help Centre.
