QuikkRide Additional Service Terms

These QuikkRide Additional Service Terms ("Ride Terms") govern your booking of transportation services through the Quikk App. These Ride Terms supplement the General Terms of Service.

1. Vehicle Category Dispatch

Quikk offers multiple categories of rides based on vehicle availability, including Bodas, Tuk Tuks (Rickshaws), Standard Cars, and Comfort Cars. When requesting a ride, the Quikk platform will route your request directly to approved drivers matching your selected vehicle type.

Independent drivers retain sole discretion to accept or reject any trip requests. Quikk does not guarantee that a driver will accept your booking.

2. Upfront Fare Estimates & Billing

The upfront fare displayed before booking is an estimate. Fares may vary if you request routing changes, stop additions, or if the trip duration differs significantly from estimates due to traffic or weather delays. Standard tolls and wait fees may apply.

3. Safety & Code of Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully, wear helmets on boda rides, and wear seatbelts in standard/comfort cars. Drivers reserve the right to cancel any trip immediately if passengers display unsafe behavior or show signs of intoxication.
