QuikkEats Additional Service Terms

These QuikkEats Additional Service Terms ("Eats Terms") govern your ordering of meals and food items from independent partner restaurants listed inside the Quikk App. These Eats Terms supplement the General Terms of Service.

1. Food Ordering & Acceptance

When you place an order on QuikkEats, the contract for the food items is formed directly between you and the partner restaurant once the restaurant accepts your order. We facilitate the communication, order tracking, and collection of charges.

Partner restaurants are responsible for the quality, preparation, and packaging of all food items. Quikk and Rare Inc. are not liable for any issues arising from food preparation or food safety.

2. Delivery & Self-Pickup

Depending on the restaurant's operational settings and your choice, orders will be delivered to your coordinates by an independent courier rider or prepared for self-pickup at the restaurant storefront. Delivery rates and radius boundaries apply and are shown before order checkout.

If you choose delivery, you agree to be present at the delivery location to receive the order from the courier. If the courier is unable to reach you or complete delivery due to lack of response, you will remain liable for the full order amount.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been accepted by the partner restaurant. Once a restaurant accepts an order and begins preparation, cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund will be provided for order drops.
