Rare Inc. is committed to ensuring that QuikkBusiness is accessible to all riders, customers, and merchants across our operating markets, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities.
- WCAG 2.1 AA Web & App Design: High-contrast typography, full keyboard navigation, semantic ARIA landmarks, and VoiceOver / TalkBack screen-reader compatibility across our web portals and Flutter mobile apps.
- Accessible Mobility & Delivery Assistance: Passengers with foldable wheelchairs, mobility aids, or service animals are accommodated across QuikkRide Standard, Comfort, and SUV tiers without additional fees. QuikkEats couriers provide doorstep assistance upon request in delivery notes.
